It applies to anyone who presents or promotes the service, live, on social media or elsewhere. See also the terms of use and risk warning.
IBs, affiliates and partners are independent parties. They are not employees, financial advisers or authorised representatives of the operator of the service and cannot make commitments on its behalf.
The service is an analysis and education tool. Those presenting it may not give personal investment advice, may not tell a person whether to enter, exit or hold a trade presenting it as guidance from the service, and must not suggest that the setups are recommendations.
It is forbidden to promise or suggest gains, returns, income, success rates or account growth. It is forbidden to say or imply that trading is risk-free, easy or that losses are impossible. Past or simulated results do not guarantee future ones.
Do not show selected results (only winning trades), invented or altered balances or gains, or false testimonials. Every result shown must be real, complete for the period stated and declared as simulated if it is.
Only materials provided or approved may be used. New content (videos, posts, scheduled live streams with the service on screen) must be submitted for approval when requested before publishing. Materials may not be changed in a way that alters their meaning or removes the warnings.
During live streams the risk warning must stay visible the whole time, clearly and legibly. A demo account is used for live streams, without showing personal data, balances or real accounts.
Every piece of content presenting the service must clearly state at least these points: trading carries a high risk of loss, which can exceed your capital; the service provides information and education, not personal advice; past or simulated results do not guarantee future ones. Warnings must not be hidden, shortened or placed so that they are not read.
Anyone paid for the people they bring must disclose it clearly and may not present themselves as an independent reviewer.
Each partner is responsible for complying with the laws and rules on promoting financial services and on advertising in the countries where they operate, and with the rules of the social platforms where they publish. The service is intended for adults located in countries where access is allowed.
The operator of the service may check published content, ask for it to be changed or removed immediately, suspend or end the collaboration and, where the law allows, withhold or recover compensation linked to breaches. Serious or repeated breaches may be reported to the platforms, brokers or authorities.
Anyone spreading unauthorised or misleading statements is personally responsible for them.
